1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CR Joinery website (crjoinery.com) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Our Services
CR Joinery provides bespoke joinery and home improvement services including, but not limited to, media walls, kitchens, fitted wardrobes, doors, flooring, and 1st & 2nd fix joinery. All work is carried out by experienced tradespeople and is subject to a separate written agreement or quotation agreed between CR Joinery and the client prior to commencement.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to change if the scope of work changes after a quote has been issued. A written acceptance of the quote is required before any work begins. VAT will be applied where applicable and will be clearly stated in your quotation.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quotation or contract. Typically, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. CR Joinery reserves the right to suspend or terminate work if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear and safe access to the property where work is to be carried out. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is free from personal belongings, fragile items, or hazards prior to our arrival. Any delays caused by lack of access or unsuitable working conditions may result in additional charges.
6. Warranties & Liability
CR Joinery takes pride in the quality of our workmanship. Any defects in workmanship identified within 12 months of project completion will be rectified at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported promptly and has not been caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear. CR Joinery is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the original contract.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booked project, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable where materials have already been ordered or preparatory work has commenced.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of CR Joinery or its respective owners and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
